About The Position

We are seeking motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Remote Customer Experience Specialists. In this role, you'll assist clients with travel planning and coordination while delivering professional, timely customer support. No prior travel experience is required.

Requirements

  • Reside in the U.S. or Mexico (preferred)
  • Reliable internet and computer
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support for leisure, business, and group travel
  • Assist clients with bookings, itineraries, and travel documentation
  • Research destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities
  • Manage changes, updates, and client requests
  • Communicate with clients and travel partners to ensure a smooth experience
