About The Position

Customer Service Specialists send service workers to specific work locations to aid with customers’ needs or perform predetermined job roles. They regularly coordinate with vendors, clients, team members, contractors, and customers to complete field work in an appropriate and timely fashion. General Accountabilities Reviews work orders from departments or service requests from customers and records type and scope of service to be performed. Determines and schedules orders according to urgency. Works directly with Project Managers and Vendors to verify availability of parts and equipment to ensure scheduled work performance. Receives check in calls from service workers by email, telephone, or in person. Informs workers of type and location of work to be performed and dispatches workers to job. Keeps records of repairs, installation, removal of equipment or appliances, and hours required on each job. The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.

Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience: Minimum one year of related experience in a construction related field, preferably general construction or maintenance.
  • Must have functional ability with Microsoft Office Suite and web-based programing
