As we set course to scale our business and grow our teams - now is the time to join!  We are looking for a skilled Service Administrative Specialist to join our team and contribute to the growth and efficiency of our operations and customer experience.  At MRP you’ll work where the start-up feel meets the security of a dominating market position. The Customer Service Coordinator supports the day-to-day administration of service and support activities by maintaining documentation, tracking products and shipments, and ensuring service requests are completed accurately and on time. This role works closely wit customer-facing teams and cross-functional departments to maintain organized processes and deliver a reliable customer experience

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in operations, service coordination, administrative support, or customer support roles
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with multiple teams
  • Proficient with email, spreadsheets, and internal tracking systems

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate administrative activities related to customer service and support requests
  • Prepare, process, and maintain accurate service and warranty documentation
  • Track products, shipments, and returns to ensure timely follow-up and completion
  • Communicate status updates clearly with internal teams and customers as needed
  • Close and maintain customer service tickets by following required steps and processes
  • Maintain organized records and ensure data accuracy across internal systems
  • Identify and flag missing information, errors, or process gaps
  • Support continuous improvement of service coordination and administrative workflows
