About The Position

We’re seeking a customer‑focused Insurance Customer Service Representative to support small business clients through a modern, digitally driven insurance platform. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and working in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment. As an Insurance Customer Service Representative,you’ll play a critical role in supporting and retaining our customers by providing accurate, timely, and friendly service.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service skills and a passion for helping others.

  • Ability to multitask between systems, calls, and documentation.
  • Dependability, accountability, and a team‑first mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Delivering industry‑leading service with a focus on one‑call resolution
  • Responding to inbound calls from current customers with questions about: Policy coverage, Billing and payments, General policy clarification
  • Following up on inbound web applications—no cold calling
  • Entering and documenting all leads and interactions accurately and on time
  • Multitasking across multiple systems while maintaining attention to detail
  • Collaborating closely with your team to build a positive, customer‑first culture
