About The Position

This position provides comprehensive customer service and technical support to internal and external customers by handling service requests, resolving inquiries and complaints, and performing specialized clerical and billing functions. Duties include processing applications and payments, creating and managing user accounts, maintaining and reconciling financial data, and preparing accurate billing statements across various City programs and services. Other duties may include completing related tasks as assigned.
