About The Position

Lake Havasu City is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist I to provide exceptional service to residents, visitors, and internal departments. This position serves as a primary point of contact, responding to inquiries, processing requests, and ensuring accurate information is delivered in a professional and courteous manner.

High school diploma or GED
1-3 years’ experience in basic accounting, customer service, and data entry.
Proficiency with computers, office software, and data entry
Valid Driver's License of the appropriate class.

Responsibilities

Responds to customer inquiries in person, by phone, email, and written correspondence
Processes payments, applications, or service requests
Maintains records and enters data into city systems
Resolves customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary
Works collaboratively with other departments to ensure timely service
Performs general clerical and administrative support duties
