About The Position

Ansell is a global leader in protection solutions, designing and developing a wide range of products including gloves, clothing, and other protective gear to keep workers safe and productive across industrial, medical, and consumer applications. The company is seeking an E-Commerce Specialist, Customer Service to join its team. This role is vital in supporting Ansell's North America webstore and online marketplaces by managing orders, responding to customer inquiries, and collaborating across various teams to deliver a seamless and best-in-class customer experience.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Strong understanding of order-to-cash processes
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage expectations and deliver for both internal and external customers
  • Understanding of company policies, SOPs, and workflows

Nice To Haves

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of customer service experience
  • Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms
  • Marketplace and/or e-commerce experience

Responsibilities

  • Manage and process orders across the NA webstore and online marketplaces
  • Support customer product reviews and respond to inquiries across digital channels
  • Maintain and support customer accounts within the NA webstore
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication
  • Monitor, document, and resolve service issues by identifying root causes and implementing solutions
  • Partner cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, IT, and Distribution Centers to deliver a seamless customer experience
  • Track and support key performance indicators to meet departmental goals
  • Provide product expertise and recommend solutions that meet customer safety and protection needs
