What You’ll Be Doing: In this role, you’ll be the friendly face and voice of our community counseling center. Your day will be varied, exciting, and impactful! Responsibilities include: Helping clients: Registering new clients, verifying insurance, collecting co-pays, and scheduling appointments. Answering calls & emails: Directing calls, taking messages, and keeping everyone in the loop. Keeping records in order: Scanning, filing, archiving, and managing electronic healthcare records. Supporting your team: Completing other duties as needed to keep our center running smoothly.
