Public Storage is the self-storage industry leader. Our Property Managers work independently at multiple locations, spending time both inside and outside. They assess customer storage needs, make suggestions, and sell packing and moving supplies. Daily tasks include storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability, ensuring spaces are ready to rent. They are also responsible for auditing cash drawers, making bank deposits, and assisting customers with payments, including making reminder and collection calls when necessary. Property Managers also perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks, such as sweeping/mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds/curb appeal.
