Managers are also responsible for customer account management, including ensuring current payments and making reminder and collection calls. The position requires driving to multiple properties, performing bank cash deposits, opening and closing facilities, assisting customers with rentals, resolving issues, completing lease agreements, managing company assets, and handling confidential customer information for break-ins and delinquent accounts. Accurate documentation of customer payments and adherence to cash handling policies are essential. Managers will also handle scheduled delinquent calls, execute lien sales, and administer transactions with Auction Vendors. Additionally, the role includes performing cleaning and daily maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and maintaining exterior grounds.
