This role involves assessing customer storage needs, making suggestions, and selling packing and moving supplies. Daily tasks include inspecting storage units to confirm inventory and availability, auditing cash drawers, making bank deposits, and managing customer payments through reminder and collection calls. Property Managers are also responsible for performing cleaning and daily maintenance tasks, such as sweeping/mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds and curb appeal.
