This role involves working independently at multiple locations, assessing customer storage needs, and making suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies. Daily storage unit inspections are required to confirm inventory and availability, ensuring spaces are ready to rent. The position also includes auditing cash drawers, making bank deposits, and managing customer accounts by making reminder and collection calls when necessary. Property Managers spend time both inside and outside the facilities, performing cleaning and daily maintenance tasks such as sweeping/mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds/curb appeal.
