Daily responsibilities include inspecting storage units to confirm inventory and availability, ensuring spaces are ready for rent, auditing cash drawers, and making bank deposits. The manager is also responsible for assisting customers with payments and making reminder and collection calls when necessary. The position requires spending time both inside and outside the facilities, performing cleaning and daily maintenance tasks, and traveling between different work locations using one's own vehicle.
