Property Managers assess customer storage needs, make suggestions, and sell packing and moving supplies. Daily tasks include storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability, ensuring spaces are ready to rent, auditing cash drawers, and making bank deposits. The role also requires assisting customers with payments and making reminder and collection calls when necessary. Additionally, property managers are responsible for performing cleaning and daily maintenance tasks, such as sweeping/mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds/curb appeal.
