Public Storage is the self-storage industry leader. Property Managers work independently at multiple locations, spending time both inside and outside. They assess customer storage needs, make suggestions, and sell packing and moving supplies. Daily tasks include storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability, ensuring spaces are ready to rent, auditing cash drawers, and making bank deposits. Property Managers also help customers with payments, make reminder and collection calls, and perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks such such as sweeping/mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds/curb appeal.
