They are responsible for assessing customer storage needs, making suggestions, and selling packing and moving supplies. Daily tasks include performing storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability, ensuring spaces are ready to rent, auditing cash drawers, and making bank deposits. Property Managers also help keep customers current with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required. The role involves performing cleaning and daily maintenance tasks, such as sweeping/mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds/curb appeal clean and free of debris.
