About The Position

Join the area's leading landscape supply company! Lane Forest Products is seeking a Customer Service Sales representative for our inside sales team. This fast paced position involves working with an established customer base of Landscape Professionals, Pro Contractors and Do it yourselfers. We have a comprehensive training program to give you the knowledge you need to become a leading expert in the exciting and everchanging landscape supply industry!

Requirements

• Two years of retail sales/customer service or related professional experience required.
• Strong attention to details with solid organizational skills as well as keyboarding, written and verbal communication abilities.
• Available to work weekday and weekend shifts required.
• Proficient in computer POS systems such as Counterpoint, Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook.

Nice To Haves

• Landscaping or practical gardening experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learning and Developing the skills to discuss and apply quality information about landscape products and services
• Greet customers with friendly, prompt, and professional service
• Provide customers with resolutions and help plan their landscape projects
• Sustaining a professional demeanor while interacting by phones, email and in person with customers, vendors and company team members
• Utilize point of sales and web based software to assist with creating and maintaining customer information, ordering and scheduling, and product pricing.
