- Tech Savvy: You're proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and CRM systems.
- Analytical Mindset: You can perform basic math and use Excel to interpret data and create simple graphs.

Responsibilities
- Be the Voice of the Company: Answer customer calls (200+ per month) with professionalism and empathy.
- Own the Inbox: Respond to email inquiries, prepare quotes, and provide order updates with clarity and care.
- Solve Problems: Troubleshoot issues, manage returns, and handle escalations with a calm, solution-focused mindset.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Sales, Shipping, Accounting, and Materials to ensure smooth order processing.
- Keep It Organized: Maintain accurate records in our CRM system and manage key account orders from start to finish.
