Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, or related fields
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Willingness to work a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends
  • Minimum age of 18 and a valid Wisconsin driver’s license with a good driving record
  • Utilize proven sales techniques while consistently delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced setting
  • Demonstrate professionalism, enthusiasm, and outstanding communication skills with customers, colleagues, and management
  • Basic computer proficiency, including the ability to use email and reservation software
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

Responsibilities

  • Delivering outstanding customer service by engaging with customers, answering questions, and providing knowledgeable recommendations
  • Showcase your passion for sales by identifying renters’ needs and recommending relevant upgrades and additional services
  • Assist with daily operations while representing the brand with professionalism and integrity
  • Work collaboratively with your team to keep operations running smoothly and create the best possible guest experience
