Requirements

  • Professional, outgoing, and friendly personality

  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, or related fields
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Goal-driven attitude with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Team player willing to jump in wherever needed
  • Willingness to work a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends
  • Valid Wisconsin driver’s license
  • Utilize proven sales techniques while consistently delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced setting.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, enthusiasm, and outstanding communication skills with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including the ability to use email and reservation software.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Minimum age of 18 and a valid driver's license with a good driving record.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Delivering outstanding customer service by engaging with customers, answering questions, and providing knowledgeable recommendations.
  • Showcase your passion for sales by identifying renters’ needs and recommending relevant upgrades and additional services.
  • Assist with daily operations while representing the brand with professionalism and integrity.
  • Work collaboratively with your team to keep operations running smoothly and create the best possible guest experience.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as needed—every day brings new opportunities to learn, grow, and make an impact.
