About The Position
SwimKids Utah is looking for an energetic and friendly Customer Service / Sales Rep to help families understand our program and enroll their swimmers in the right classes. Responsibilities
- Help families understand their class options and enroll in the right lessons
- Keep our class schedule organized and accurate
- Answer incoming calls and assist with customer questions and concerns
- Provide a positive, helpful experience for every family
- Support a fun, health-focused environment for kids and parents
