Requirements

Strong customer service & communication skills
Responsive with a sense of urgency and accountability
Comfortable with basic sales (handling leads, discussing services/pricing)

Nice To Haves

1–3 years of experience in customer service, administrative, or similar roles
Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly

Responsibilities

Respond to inbound and outbound leads promptly and professionally
Educate customers on services and pricing to match them with the right craftsmen
Coordinate schedules, job assignments, and material orders
Utilize dispatching and scheduling software efficiently
Handle administrative tasks including documentation and filing
Support outbound sales efforts including lead follow-ups and networking
Ensure a seamless customer journey from inquiry to project completion
