About The Position

Ace Handyman Services is seeking a highly organized and motivated Customer Service & Sales Coordinator to join our growing team. As the first point of contact for customers, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while coordinating schedules and supporting sales efforts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership, and enjoys both customer interaction and operational coordination.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service & communication skills
  • Responsive with a sense of urgency and accountability
  • Comfortable with basic sales (handling leads, discussing services/pricing)

Nice To Haves

  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service, administrative, or similar roles
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly

Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound and outbound leads promptly and professionally
  • Educate customers on services and pricing to match them with the right craftsmen
  • Coordinate schedules, job assignments, and material orders
  • Utilize dispatching and scheduling software efficiently
  • Handle administrative tasks including documentation and filing
  • Support outbound sales efforts including lead follow-ups and networking
  • Ensure a seamless customer journey from inquiry to project completion
