About The Position

We are seeking a proactive and detail-driven Customer Service and Sales Coordinator – T-FIT to support the continued growth of our high-performance insulation product range based in Walton, Kentucky. T-FIT is an engineered foam insulation solution designed for cleanroom, pharmaceutical, and high-purity environments, forming a key part of Zotefoams’ innovative global portfolio. This role is central to the customer journey, acting as the key point of contact for customers across North America. You will ensure orders are processed accurately, enquiries are handled efficiently, and delivery expectations are consistently met. Working closely with Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain teams, you will play a vital role in delivering an outstanding customer experience while supporting commercial growth.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales support, sales administration, or order processing
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Operations, or Supply Chain
  • Experience using CRM or ERP systems is advantageous
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
  • A driven and organised individual who thrives in a fast-moving environment
  • Strong communicator with a professional and confident manner

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers across the T-FIT product range
  • Process sales orders accurately and efficiently
  • Manage enquiries relating to pricing, lead times, order status, and delivery schedules
  • Proactively communicate updates and resolve issues quickly
  • Escalate complex queries where required to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Provide day-to-day support to the T-FIT sales team
  • Prepare quotations, order confirmations, and supporting documentation
  • Maintain accurate customer, pricing, and order data within internal systems
  • Coordinate shipping and customer collection schedules
  • Work closely with Operations, Planning, and Supply Chain teams to align demand with production capability
  • Support forecasting and demand planning through clear communication
  • Ensure internal teams remain aligned on priorities and commitments
  • Maintain accurate records and support reporting on order flow and service performance
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across the customer journey
  • Collaborate with the local team to achieve regional sales targets
  • Provide flexible support during peak business periods
