Requirements

  • Prefer someone in the immediate Aberdeen area
  • Strong communicator (clear, confident, and professional on the phone)
  • Comfortable with sales conversations and closing business
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Able to handle a fast-paced environment without getting overwhelmed
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • CRM systems experience

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls and turn inquiries into paying customers
  • Handle customer questions, service requests, and problem resolution with confidence
  • Make outbound follow-ups to close leads and retain customers
  • Communicate with technicians and office team to keep operations running smoothly
  • Enter and manage customer data accurately in our system
