TruScape is looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated individual to help support our growing operations by managing customer communication and assisting with sales coordination. This role serves as the first point of contact for customers and helps keep daily office activities running smoothly. Responsibilities include answering incoming calls, responding to customer inquiries, managing leads and updates within the CRM, assisting with scheduling, and performing aerial property measurements to help prepare estimates. The position also involves identifying opportunities to recommend additional services, following up with potential customers, and supporting marketing efforts. For the right candidate, this role offers the opportunity to earn commissions by helping convert leads and promoting additional services to existing clients.
