We are looking to fill a full-time permanent relief customer service role in our South Region (Kyogle, Casino, Ballina, Evans Head & Grafton) This role will provide assistance in the branch network in a relief role with access to claim kilometres for travel within the region. A current motor vehicle license and personal vehicle is required. You will provide superior service that meets the needs of our valued customers by delivering retail banking and lending products through various channels, including phone and email. Supporting our local community, you will be the first point of contact for customers when they walk into our branches, delivering impactful customer experience that leads to enduring relationships. Your product knowledge, service experience and agility in meeting customer needs grows our customer base and brand awareness. Whilst preferred, it is not essential for you to have a background in banking as we can teach the successful candidate all they need to know. What is most important is that your personal values align with our culture; possessing a positive can-do attitude and a commitment to genuine and meaningful conversations with the ability to link customer needs to the features and benefits of the most appropriate solutions.
