Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to work onsite at our Beckley, WV location
• Schedule flexibility
• Experience in a customer focused role
• Outstanding communication and listening skills
• Ability to work independently and make solid decisions
• Energetic
• Professional History of excellent work attendance
• Basic math skills
• Data entry skills
• Sales aptitude

Responsibilities

• Selling and saving products and services
• Recommending additional products and services
• Negotiating and completing save/service order requests from customers
• Working with customers patiently, tactfully and efficiently
• Accurately computing and quoting various fees and adjustments.
• Providing options to the customer based on product and service needs
• Full range of billing and collections duties
• Full range of repair resolution duties
