Job Summary: Provides technical and non-technical customer support in walk-in service area or call center. Communicates with customer via phone, email, and in-person. Entry-level position typically requiring little to no prior knowledge or experience. Job Description: Specific responsibilities include: Intake and assist walk-ins, appointments, and returning customers Create estimates, price quotes, and invoices for auto work Answer phones and return customer calls Fields and escalates customer concerns as needed with technical or specialized support Provides exceptional customer service to each customer that enters and leaves the store Follows standard operating procedures to provide excellent customer service and to maintain and improve orders Work is routine and closely supervised Communicates information that requires little explanation or interpretation Assist manager with daily parts returns Ensure accuracy when ordering parts Input documentation on all calls and follow-up with callers as needed Confirm all mobile jobs parts and materials before dispatching drivers Open new accounts and service existing accounts
