Responsibilities: Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat Accurately interpret shipment instructions Processing inbound and outbound paperwork to ensure on-time freight deliveries and verify paperwork for accuracy and notations of inventory discrepancies or damages Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner Maintaining accurate customer accounts and records Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction Requirements Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent 1+ years of experience in customer service or related field Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) Punctual and reliable Excellent verbal and written communication skills Exemplary customer service skills Excellent organization and administrative skills Integrity and leadership skills Detail-oriented and multitasking skills Preferred Qualifications: Past experience working in logistics/warehouse invoicing Experience with Camelot 3PL software Salary Description $18-$20/Hr
