About The Position

The Customer Service Representative, will serve as a pivotal point of contact for both internal teams and external customers. This role will primarily focus on assisting with administrative tasks, order entry, and addressing customer service issues to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a preference for a degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role in manufacturing or related industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling professional interaction with customers and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are critical, you will manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with sales processes and customer service principles will be key to effectively supporting customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Planning, and Shipping teams to identify and resolve issues impacting production schedules and customer orders
  • Track order status and proactively communicate updates while addressing customer inquiries with timely, professional, solutions-oriented support
  • Prepare and manage sales documents including quotations, invoices, and reports to ensure smooth and accurate transactions
  • Accurately enter and manage customer orders while maintaining strong customer relationships and satisfaction
  • Partner with Account Managers and Business Development teams to escalate and resolve customer issues efficiently
  • Monitor sales activities, research customer concerns, and provide insights and reports to support sales performance and customer experience
