About The Position

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our self-storage facility, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for tenants and prospective customers. This role combines customer engagement, operational support, and light property maintenance to uphold our commitment to safety, cleanliness, and exceptional service. This is Tuesday-Saturday 8:30am-5:00PM

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email
• Conduct property tours and explain unit sizes, pricing, and lease terms
• Prepare rental agreements and manage account setup and closures
• Upsell storage-related products and services (e.g., locks, boxes, insurance)
• Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and billing issues professionally
• Maintain accurate records using facility management software
• Process payments, reconcile cash drawers, and generate daily reports
• Ensure the office is clean, organized, and welcoming
• Handle data entry, filing, and general correspondence
• Perform daily walk-throughs and lock checks for security
• Clean vacant units and ensure they are rent-ready
• Remove trash, sweep hallways, and maintain landscaping
• Report and assist with minor repairs or maintenance needs
