As a top-ranked agency (PPAI #27, ASI Top 40), we're looking for a driven Account Manager to join our team and lead the charge within our key global enterprise accounts. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for overseeing the customer journey by serving as a main point of contact for online customers through phone calls and internal systems. This person will be enthusiastic about customer satisfaction at all times to ensure a best-in-class customer experience. Onsite Full Time- Mon-Friday 8:30am- 5:30pm

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a customer service environment or call center environment.
  • Medium proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Internet Explorer.
  • Ability to multitask and deliver on a high volume of projects in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
  • Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong customer orientation.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented.
  • Team player.
  • Upbeat, energetic personality with a desire to learn.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as main point of contact for online customers through phone calls and internal systems.
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and thorough manner within a 24-hour time frame.
  • Serve as an escalation point for resolution of issues.
  • Conduct thorough review of order acknowledgements to ensure accuracy and cross-referencing of orders.
  • Coordinate with cross functional teams to support end to end customer experience goals, programs, and practices across the organization.
  • Assist with research, collection, database administration, and analysis of customer data and feedback.
  • Work independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function.
  • Special projects and other duties as assigned.
