About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join a growing customer service team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, building strong customer relationships, and delivering a high level of support in a fast-paced environment. The CSR will communicate with an expanding distributor base through phone, email, chat, and other communication platforms while working closely with internal and external partners to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Prior customer service, call center, or data entry experience preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve effectively

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and fax in a professional and timely manner
  • Accurately process customer orders received by phone, email, or fax
  • Identify, research, and resolve issues related to orders, shipments, or processing errors
  • Handle customer concerns from start to resolution, including follow-ups as needed
  • Build strong rapport with customers by actively listening and understanding their needs
  • Maintain positive and professional relationships with customers, coworkers, and visitors
  • Escalate unresolved issues appropriately while working toward effective solutions
  • Enhance the company’s reputation by consistently providing excellent customer service
