Modivcare is looking for optimistic individuals to join the team as Customer Service Representatives (CSR). This role is fully on-site in their Ridgeland Office. As a CSR, you will be the first point of contact for members, addressing their questions about service offerings and resolving concerns. You will ensure requests are processed accurately and timely, following structured protocols and scripts for scheduling, modifying, and canceling customer reservations. Daily interactions will involve answering transportation questions and supporting members in achieving positive health outcomes.
