About The Position

Washington Ave Animal Hospital is seeking an experienced Client Service Representative with a passion for veterinary medicine and a drive for professional growth. This role involves being the primary point of contact for clients, managing scheduling, inquiries, and high call volumes, as well as handling medication refills and appointment requests across multiple platforms. The representative will also collaborate closely with medical and technical staff to ensure seamless communication and patient care. Requirements

  • A solid background in vet med is required.
  • Must be able to work 50% of Saturdays.
  • Shifts start as early as 7:00 AM, so reliability and punctuality are essential.
  • Excels in this role and has the ambition to grow into a CSR Lead position.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience managing high call volumes is a plus.
