Average yearly Salary: $65K - $90K per year [No cap on earning potential!] Note: $25/hr during TRAINING; $22/hr + COMMISSIONS after TRAINING. HIRING BONUS: Receive a $2500 hiring bonus after 90 days of employment Work Schedule: This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week role with schedules that grow as you do. Performance matters here. Strong results in efficiency, revenue, and call handling can unlock new opportunities, including eligibility for remote work after 90 days. After training, you’ll kick off with a weekend-focused schedule (Saturday + Sunday) and enjoy two consecutive weekdays off to recharge. Our Woodinville, WA Support Call Center runs Monday–Friday from 7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. and weekends from 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., offering steady hours and a clear path to flexibility. Work Location after TRAINING: Enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid work environment after training.
