About The Position

We’re an eCommerce brand focused on developing high-quality, highly functional OEM products and bringing them to market primarily through Amazon.com, and then expanding to platforms like Walmart.com and our own store. We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative who is sharp, reliable, and experienced in Amazon customer support. You’ll be the person who ensures our customers feel heard, supported, and genuinely cared for - while freeing up our current team so they can focus on growing the business. You’ll play a key role in keeping customers happy, preventing escalations, and protecting the thousands of positive reviews we’ve worked hard to earn.

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar customer service role within the Amazon ecosystem
  • Strong knowledge of Amazon processes (refunds, replacements, order search, compliance on what can/can’t be communicated)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Gorgias or similar customer service platforms

Responsibilities

  • Reply to customer inquiries within 24 hours and resolve issues with refunds or replacements
  • Respond to voicemail messages and make follow-up calls during U.S. business hours
  • Master Gorgias and keep templates, rules, and workflows updated
  • Become a Lunderg product expert and confidently troubleshoot common issues
  • Report product improvement ideas to the Operations Leader based on customer feedback
  • Manage funnel emails replies & follow ups (Gift, Warranty, Product Launch) to drive new reviews
