About The Position

We have a great opportunity for a candidate that is detail oriented, has the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and has experience in a production environment. This position will work Mon - Fri from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.

Requirements

  • Great Customer Satisfaction skills.

  • Self-motivated
  • Bilingual (Spanish speaking a plus, but not required)
  • Previous experience in a customer service position
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer Oriented
  • Effective multi-tasker that is able to handle surprises in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Excellent attendance and ability to work overtime as needed
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background screening

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the graphic arts industry is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Respond to our customers by phone and email in a timely, professional manner
  • Process high volume of inquiries from customers
  • Always follow through with each customer
  • Possess a high level of knowledge of our products and services (training provided)
  • Protect company and customer information in accordance with company policies and procedures
