About The Position

We have a great opportunity for a candidate that is detail oriented, has the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and has experience in a production environment. This position will work Mon - Fri from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
Requirements
- Great Customer Satisfaction skills.
- Strong attention to detail
- Love working in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated
- Bilingual (Spanish speaking a plus, but not required)
- Previous experience in a customer service position
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Customer Oriented
- Effective multi-tasker that is able to handle surprises in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Excellent attendance and ability to work overtime as needed
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background screening
Nice To Haves
- Experience in the graphic arts industry is a plus
Responsibilities
- Respond to our customers by phone and email in a timely, professional manner
- Process high volume of inquiries from customers
- Always follow through with each customer
- Possess a high level of knowledge of our products and services (training provided)
- Protect company and customer information in accordance with company policies and procedures
