As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued customers. You will play a critical role in helping handle all Plumbing/HVAC service calls - whether it's a leaky sink or a faulty boiler, you’ll guarantee they are taken care of. Requirements

Enjoy helping customers in a friendly and professional way - when a customer is upset you remain calm and ensure they are taken care of
Attentive listener that is able to problem-solve and quickly assess and prioritize calls
Experience and confidence in customer service - exposure to the plumbing industry is a strong plus but not required
Able to work independently in a team setting

Responsibilities

Answer and dictate customer calls.
When a customer calls with a service issue, you'll be ready to listen and engage by asking questions to uncover the root of their problem.
Ensure a top-of-the-line customer experience by working efficiently and gathering detailed and accurate information to document in our HVAC/Plumbing software system, ServiceTitan - must be computer savvy
