The Customer Service Representative is responsible for all contact with our customers (Distributors & Reps) pertaining to but not limited to customer purchase orders including status and changes, pricing on purchase orders, availability of product, shipping information, status of backorders, as well as order entry, researching credits, providing information to other Uponor departments in regard to sales, shipping status, backorders, errors, and customer orders. This role is considered a HYBRID position with periodic onsite work at our headquarters in Apple Valley, Minnesota.
