The Customer Service Representative position is responsible for day-to-day front desk interaction with aviation customers. If you are a successful multi-tasker who remains calm during busy moments, answers calls, greets customers in person, places fuel orders, invoices, and accepts payment for services, and provides information about Vantage, this could be the opportunity for you! This job requires excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, the ability to multitask, competent computer skills, and a calm and pleasant demeanor.
