About The Position

Greet walk-in customers Answer phones (must know the multi-phone line system) Respond to customers' inquiries via phone, email, and in person Light bookkeeping duties (Ex: Data Entry, Scanning, Pay Bills, and Receive Payments) Opens customer accounts by recording account information. Maintains customer records by updating account information Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.

Requirements

  • Must have 3-5 years of experience
  • Multi-tasking
  • Problem Solving
  • Product Knowledge
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Google, Adobe, Facebook & Instagram
  • Ability to work independently
  • Great Organizational skills
