About The Position

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a fast‑paced, customer‑focused operations team. This role supports both external customers and internal field partners by responding to service requests, resolving inquiries, and delivering a high level of customer experience across multiple communication channels.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of customer service experience (call center or high‑volume support environment preferred)
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven setting
  • Minimum typing speed of 65 WPM
  • HS Diploma or Equivalent

Nice To Haves

  • Prior customer support or contact center experience
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and ticketing systems
  • Experience supporting internal teams in addition to external customers

Responsibilities

  • Respond to a high volume of customer and field team inquiries via phone, email, and ticketing systems
  • Manage 100–160 calls/tickets per day in a fast‑paced environment
  • Provide professional, accurate, and timely customer support using an internal knowledge base
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions, requests, and concerns within the CRM system
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through clear communication and consistent follow‑through
