Requirements

Prior experience in customer service or a related field (preferred)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and active listening abilities
Proficient in using computers and CRM platforms (ServiceTitan experience is preferred but training is available)
Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
A team player with a positive, problem-solving attitude
Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed

Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and other channels
Actively listen to customer concerns, inquiries, and service needs with empathy and professionalism
Clearly communicate information on services, pricing, and appointment scheduling
Coordinate service appointments and dispatch technicians efficiently
Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions
Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly, aiming for first-contact resolution
Collaborate with technicians and team members on more complex service concerns
Maintain accurate customer records using our CRM system, ServiceTitan
Process service orders with attention to detail
Assist with general office and administrative tasks as needed
Cultivate strong relationships that promote customer satisfaction and loyalty
Conduct follow-up communications to ensure service success
Proactively inform customers of service updates, promotions, and new offerings
