About The Position

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for servicing a core group of customers and their related Sales contacts to achieve complete customer satisfaction while ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment of their orders.

Requirements

  • HS Diploma required
  • 1 year of relative Customer Service Experience
  • Knowledge of supply chain, logistics and order to cash processes is a plus
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • General knowledge office software programs, such as Word and Excel and must demonstrate strong computer skills in general.

Responsibilities

  • Confirm purchase orders for assigned customer base using parameters provided by management
  • Assess and resolve pricing and quantity issues on purchase orders
  • Work with team members and other departments on resolving issues with orders
  • Correspond with customers
  • Use reports and other tools to maintain and track orders
  • Review, evaluate and research claims from customers
  • Provide back up support to other team members, when necessary
  • Perform other duties as assigned
