About The Position

We are a growing company, that’s why we’re in search of personable, energetic people to grow our team of Customer Service.  We’re looking for someone who gets excited about helping others, likes to work collaboratively on a team, and enjoys being in-person in an office environment. At Pioneer Energy Management, our Customer Service Representatives are the ‘voice of the company’ and are essential in providing our top-notch customer experience. Customer Service Representatives are highly competent professionals responsible for providing prompt and precise support to clients concerning service or billing issues. This entails addressing inquiries, facilitating payment processing, and resolving technical problems. They also manage the monthly invoicing for residents and assist clients with their utilities management.   The work schedule is Monday - Thursday 11:30AM - 8PM, and Friday 9:30AM-6PM.
