About The Position

Our tight-knit team in West Palm Beach is actively seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join us full-time. The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is primarily responsible for establishing and maintaining positive relationships with our customers by ensuring their requirements and needs are met. Requirements

  • Ability to effectively build relationships with customers and teammates with a positive attitude

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Class E Drivers License
  • Eligible to work in the United States

Nice To Haves

  • Graphic Design skills and/or print experience is preferred
  • College degree preferred
  • Previous experience in the print/custom apparel industries preferred

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary internal representative of the organization with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
  • Convey to the customer our expertise in products, services and capabilities; and serve as a key educator.
  • Confer with customers by telephone, email, or in-person to provide information about products or services, take and enter orders, and collect payment for jobs and services.
  • Work with other team members to make sure jobs move through our production processes, including coordination and helping with the production of jobs when needed.
