About The Position

We’re hiring Customer Service Representatives to join our mission-driven outreach and marketing team. In this role, you’ll help bring nonprofit campaigns to life through face-to-face engagement, community events, and grassroots outreach.
This is not a call center position—no cold calls and no scripts. You’ll have real conversations that inspire change and support communities.

Requirements

• No prior customer service or outreach experience is required—we provide paid training and ongoing mentorship.
• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Are enthusiastic, outgoing, and enjoy meeting new people
• Are passionate about nonprofits, advocacy, or social change
• Thrive in fast-paced, interactive environments
• Are a team player who is reliable, coachable, and eager to grow
• Are 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Represent nonprofit organizations at live events, fundraisers, and community programs
• Engage with the public in a friendly, professional, and authentic manner
• Share messages about social causes, nonprofit missions, and community needs
• Educate individuals on organizational goals, impact, and ways to get involved
• Build relationships that foster long-term donor engagement and support
• Collaborate with your outreach team to ensure successful campaign execution
