About The Position

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Provide accurate information regarding services and assist customers in placing requests.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with various departments to provide seamless service.
