What You’ll Do as a Customer Service Representative In this multi-faceted role, you’ll be the go-to contact for customer needs, providing top-tier support and ensuring every interaction reflects the Kirby Risk standard of service. Requirements
- College coursework and/or 2+ years of relevant work experience
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Quick learner who’s eager to grow and apply new knowledge
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Valid driver’s license required
- Comfort with multi-line phone systems and warehouse operations
- Experience with inventory management and loading/unloading shipments
Nice To Haves
- Experience in business-to-business sales or electrical distribution preferred
- Forklift experience a plus
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service—exceeding expectations and honoring every commitment.
- Partner with outside sales to support customers and strengthen relationships.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure products are delivered accurately and on schedule.
- Support corporate marketing efforts such as product launches and training events.
- Counter and Inside Sales
